Although we had record cold temperatures (17 degrees) in February, and many of our plants, especially succulents, died, it appears some plants and trees are coming back to life. Many of the Aloes died, but our groundskeeper has done an excellent job in pruning and saving many. The result has paid off as our Aloes are now in bloom:
The blooming has made our hummingbirds happy as they visit the blossoms a couple times a day making sure they get every ounce of nectar out of every blossom.
