Cooper's Hawk Visit

We often have Sharp Shinned and Cooper's Hawks hanging around. I suspect it is the 100 or more Doves and another 100 or more Quail that hang out here on a daily basis which brings them. With that much food, why leave the restaurant? Anyway, I was able to get fairly close to an adult Cooper's the other day, so got a nice photo to share with you:

For comparison purposes, here is a Juvenile Cooper's Hawk I took here several years ago. Notice how the plumage changes. The breast becomes more "orange" in color the the streaks change from vertical to horizontal. Also the wings change from brown to gray. (click on either or both photos to enlarge).
